Dongguan Zuoqi Electronic Co. Ltd, established in 2011, has grown up to be one of the leading manufacturers of chargers and humidifiers from CHINA. Our main products are wall chargers,car chargers,wireless chargers,charging docks,power banks and all kinds of aroma diffusers.
We are a national new&high-tech enterprise, providing a seamless integration of R&D, production and sales as one of the most well-known consumer electronics manufacturer. Founded in June of 2011, our company has, after years of rapid growth, been formed into two divisions: a 3C digital accessories division and a home electronics division. Our 3C digital accessories division specializes in items such as car chargers, mobile phone chargers, power banks, data cables, car kit electronic products, and much more. Our home electronics division is focused on producing adapters, LED-driving power supplies, aroma diffusers, small nightlights, and other creative electronic personal/home products.

Our company has a professional in-house R&D team composed of many talented members. This team is focused mainly on creating products for OEM and ODM orders, with many excellent designs so far. Our designs are widely used in mobile electronic devices, digital cameras, cell phone accessories, security equipment, automotive electronics, LED energy-efficient lighting, household gifts, and many other common consumer electronics.
Our factory covers over 15,000 square meters and includes our R&D center, production facilities, and sales area. With more than 200 members on our outstanding production staff, our facility contains multiple ROHS production lines and three manufacturing workshops.

We service a variety of well-known customers, including Tesco, Wal-Mart, MS, Huawei, Belkin, and other off-line brands etc.. Many cross-border e-commerce platform retailers, such as those represented by Amazon, order our products. Domestically, we fill many orders for both major online dealers (such as T-mall and Jingdong) and well-known brands in physical stores. Foreign or domestic, our products can be found through online electronics and gift companies as well as in traditional physical storefronts.

Q: What equipments do you have?
Our company is supported by advanced equipment such as automatic wave soldering machines, ultrasonic machines, SMT paster, aging tester, load tester, high and low temperature test instrument, salt spray test machine, swing test machine, hi-pot tester, oscillometer, lightning strike tester, and 50KW AC variable frequency power supply.
Q:How to place an order?
We proceed orders in the following way:
1,Order Request
Choose the items you like,send us inquiry to tell us the quantity you need,we will offer you the most competitive price.
2,Order Confirm
Inform us the item numer,color,specification,and other requirements.We will send you a sales contract/invoice according to your requirments.After you approve all conditions in the contrat/invoice,then we will sign the contract/invoice.
3,Production
We will start production once we receive your payment(downpayment).
4,Delivery Time:
We`ll deliver your order within 24-48hours if items are in stock. If out of stock, we will deliver your order before deadline.
Q:What are the payment terms?
1,For small order or sample order,Western Union or T/T is the best choice(papal,moneygram, escrow are acceptable too)
2,The most frequent way is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance T/T before delivery.
3,For very big order,we suggest you open sight irrevocable L/C to us
We prefer T/T because it's a fast and ecomomic way to both sides.
Q:Sample Policy:
We recommend that you order a sample and approve it before mass production. We ensure all the products produced will be the same as the sample.
You are requested to pay for the sample and the express fee of the sample by two ways:
1,Pay both sample & express fee to us ,we will afford both sample &express fee in China
2,Pay only sample fee to us(we offer free samples sometimes),tell us your FEDEX/UPS/DHL account,we will send samples via "freight collect"
We prefer the first way because "freight prepaid" is usually cheaper than "freight collect".
3. Which shipping way is available and how to track?
1). Cheapest freight cost is by sea to your nearest port (about 25 working days)
2). Cheaper freight cost is by air to your nearest airport (about 3-7 working days) or EMS
3). Convenient for customer but need pay higher freight cost by express economy service (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT) to your door (about 4-7 working days)
4). The best Convenient and Efficient for customer but need pay highest freight cost by express via priority service (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT) to your door (about 1-5 working days) ,When your order ships out, we will provide you a tracking no. then you can know clearly the status of the goods.
Q:I want to do some purchase, do you have a guarantee or warranty?
Yes, you can feel confident to order from us.
1,we suggest you buy a sample for quality test before mass production ,it can also prevent you from buying wrong product because of our different undertstanding during negotiation
2.We have a special QA team checking all products many times before shipping to our customers
3.We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Q: CFR or CIF will be accepted?
With fulll position support from our own forwarder, we supply timely delivery and shipment. We also offer best freight charge from our forwarder partners and give to you for comparsion.
Q: May I ask for exclusive agent right in my country?
A: We welcome you to be our longterm cooperator in this field. As we have strict principle to entitle the exclusive rights, we suggest placing trial orders first to test your market. If the response is really good, we can talk more on this point.
